Making numbers using a tens frame

In Reception Blessed this week we have really enjoyed making numbers. Mrs Thompson showed the children a numeral and they counted the right amount of counters on to the tens frame. The children were able to use the tens frame to identify the different ways we can make the number e.g. 2 + 2 = 4. They are really enjoying using their number knowledge.
