Science Week in 4B

We decided to explore phones over time and began by making cup phones. This also linked in with our sound topic. We learned about how phones have evolved over the years and looked at a range of mobile phones from over the years and tried to order them from oldest to newest. The children made posters about what they had learnt and made designs of what future phones could possibly be like.
 

We played the Metamorphosis Game where the children all began as eggs. They played Rock, Paper, Scissors to move to the next stage, a tadpole and continued to a froglet then a frog.

Mrs Billingsley challenged everyone to make a paper aeroplane. We flew them outside to see whose could fly the furthest.
