Buddy visits nursery

This week in nursery we have been reading Dear Zoo. We talked about what animals would make good pets and what a good pet might need.

The children were very excited when Miss Liddle brought Buddy our school dog to visit. They asked lots of questions and were very impressed with his tricks. They even got to stroke him.

We spoke about keeping healthy and the children made  fruit smoothies with Miss Gould. They carefully used a hand blender to mix the ingredients.

During our visit to the prayer room this week we read the story of the feeding of the five thousand.

Back in nursery the children re-enacted the story using the wooden figures.
