As yesterday was World Mental Health Day, we celebrated this in school today by taking part in a guided yoga session led by an instructor from The Yogi Group. During our session we explored breathing techniques, a yoga story, yoga poses that helped us work on our resilience and positive affirmations. We children in both 2B and 2S thoroughly enjoyed the session and are looking forward to taking part in more yoga sessions.
